Together, we’ve supported Buildie in recruiting key professionals for both sales and customer success teams. Each search has followed a hybrid model, combining direct search with a public job posting, to capture the full potential of the talent market and find the best possible match.
For instance, the Customer Success Manager search in early 2025 attracted 60 public applications and 18 directly sourced candidates. After our in-depth interviews and validations, five candidates were shortlisted for Buildie’s own interviews.
