Building Strong Foundations for Growth and Connection

Even the strongest structures need maintenance and that includes organizations. Peab, one of the Nordic region’s largest construction companies, wanted to strengthen how it listens, learns, and leads. After conducting an employee survey, the company sought support to interpret the results, engage teams in meaningful dialogue, and shape a clearer, more connected HR strategy. 

That’s where we came in. 

We started by reviewing the survey findings with both the management team and supervisors, creating space for open discussion and shared understanding. We supported team leaders as they led conversations with their own teams, ensuring that insights didn’t just stay on paper but turned into genuine dialogue. 

After these sessions, we carried out a broader HR audit, a deep dive designed to define an HR development project that would truly support Peab’s long-term strategy. The process included interviews with the leadership team, supervisors, union representatives, and HR. From this, we created a practical action plan that helped the company, including HR, focus its efforts more intelligently and with greater impact. 

From insight to action 

The two-year development plan was set in motion with the CEO’s mandate, we helped reshape the HR organization, creating a structure that worked better for the team and the business. 

One of our key goals was to strengthen the dialogue between HR and line managers to bring HR closer to the everyday realities of the business and make it a true partner in performance and well-being. 

Over the course of more than two years, we implemented concrete development projects and carried out countless one-on-one coaching sessions. Each step helped build stronger leadership, better collaboration, and a more focused HR function.
