Viva Wallet set out to find a Sales Manager with a true scale-up mindset. Someone energized by change, eager to build new ways of working, and passionate about helping customers succeed.

The selected candidate would first lead sales operations solo during a parental leave period. Later, they would form a leadership duo to build and lead two growing sales teams, together driving the company’s next stage of expansion.

Viva Wallet is the first European neobank fully built on Microsoft Azure, offering cloud-based payment and banking services across 24 European countries. While headquartered in Athens, its success relies on strong local presence and adaptability to each market’s payment habits.

The Finnish office was established in spring 2020, right in the middle of the first lockdown. With operations initially small, the focus is now firmly on scaling the business.
